01 Introduction

Welcome to M&A TODAY. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital ledger, advisory insights, and transaction platforms provided by M&A TODAY B.V.

By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these provisions.

Digital Ledger Access

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access proprietary data sets and transaction histories specifically curated for innovation-driven enterprises.

No Financial Advice

All information provided via our services is for informational purposes only. M&A TODAY B.V. does not provide regulated investment, legal, or tax advice.

04 Liability & Scope

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Dutch law, M&A TODAY B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

  • check_circle Liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence is not excluded.
  • check_circle Direct liability is capped at the total amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • check_circle We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the digital ledger services due to technical maintenance.

05 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

In accordance with the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) regulation, consumers may also access the European Commission's platform for dispute resolution here: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
